Air-conditioning struggles left the room uncomfortably warm at times. Sound insulation is lacking, making it easy to hear neighbors. Housekeeping entered the room early without knocking, causing an awkward moment. check-out times need better communication. The shower was tricky, with no cold water available despite its fancy setup.

great location , but needs some improvements
The location is excellent, as it’s just a short walk to major attractions like the Trevi Fountain. Additionally, the air conditioning worked very well, which was a relief after long, hot days of exploring. I also appreciated having a spacious Deluxe Suite that accommodated our family comfortably and provided a lovely city view.
One area needing attention is the sound insulation, which allowed us to hear noise from neighbors.

our long weekend at excellent trinity rooms was fantastic! everything exceeded my expectations, as i’ve stayed in rome before but never this well. the chocolates on our pillows and fresh towels every day made it feel extra special.
the air-conditioning was not working well.
